Description

The OPS Maintenance Support Technician develops, performs, coordinates, and documents preventative maintenance of all building, grounds and utility systems. Major emphasis on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, boilers, hot and chilled water loop chemistry, plumbing, and electrical systems using a Preventative Maintenance computerized electronic work order system.

The OPS Maintenance Support Technician is responsible for collecting equipment data, updating, developing, implementing, and monitoring preventive maintenance programs for building, grounds and utility systems. The OPS Maintenance Support Technician will perform semi skilled preventative maintenance and will work directly with staff that perform skilled preventative maintenance.

These tasks include but are not limited to replacing filters, belts and bearing lubrication, cleaning indoor and outside fan coils as well as A/C vents and ducts. The OPS Maintenance Support Technician will perform these preventative maintenance task on a time frame created by the Sunland Electronic work order system.

Minimum Qualifications

Valid driver's license.

At least two (2) years of experience in preventative maintenance.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities, including utilization of equipment, required for the position:

Knowledge of the procedures and methods for installing, repairing and maintaining refrigeration and air-conditioning units and component parts.

Skill in using hand tools.

Skill in installing, repairing and maintaining refrigeration units and component parts.

Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings.

Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments.

Ability to communicate effectively.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
